The Ugliest Thing I've Ever Loved

That hideous thing you can’t help but stare at is my art. I’ve always wanted to be able to draw but never really knew how. During this quarantine I’ve taken some time to learn, to sketch the idea and began painting on my favorite jean jacket. This thing is terribly ugly but I love it. It’s my creation, a product of me, the child in me leaping out and exploring her suppressed interest.
I love this ugly thing, more than words can express.
